We aim to provide products that meet the highest standards of quality, precision, and performance. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Custom-made or specially branded instruments cannot be returned, except for manufacturing defects or damage that occurred during shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Used or sterilized dental instruments.
  • Products that are damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage.
  • Clearance or discounted items, unless they are defective.
  • Products that lack original packaging or proof of purchase.

Return Process: Request Authorization:

Inspection & Approval:

Once your return is received, our quality control team will inspect the product to confirm eligibility.

Shipping Costs:

The buyer must pay for return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged when it arrives.

For defective or mistakenly sent items, Mossident will send a prepaid return label or organize a pickup.

Refunds:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless we agree on something else.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrectly shipped products.

Replacements:

If a product is found to be defective, you can ask for a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacements will be shipped at no extra cost after we receive and approve the defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Include photos or videos as proof.

Mossident will decide whether to repair, replace, or refund your order.

International Orders:

All returns must follow the relevant import and export rules.

Any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees for returned items are the buyer’s responsibility, unless we agree otherwise.
