The curved, serrated jaw offers an unparalleled grip on the needle while passing sutures through tissue. This instrument is available in various lengths and comes with a gold-plated handle and in a left-handed model. Tungsten carbide needle holders provide unparalleled control while suturing. The precision-milled, pyramid-shaped teeth ensure a dependable, non-slip surface. Some needle holder styles are also available with smooth tungsten carbide jaws, designed to hold the smallest sutures in microsurgical and plastic surgery procedures. Tungsten carbide jaws are inherently more durable than stainless steel and clinicians will experience an extended service-life. These needle holders feature gold-plated handles.
